My Story

After the birth of his three daughters, Prasanna's father gave up hope of ever having a son. He believes his daughter's are a burden and is not a kind father or husband. He married off his eldest daughter to a farmhand before she was legally allowed to be married and he wants to do the same with Prasanna. Our partner was able to talk to Prasanna's mother and dissuade her from marrying Prasanna illegally and she has agreed to allow her to enter our sponsorship program.
