My Story

Arshiya's father does not believe in educating women. He married Arshiya's mother when she was 14 and would not allow her to continue her education. He is not a kind nor loving man. He has the same plan for Arshiya and has already arranged who she will marry at 14.

Arshiya wants to continue her education so that she can become a bank manager. Her mother supports and encourages her to do her best in school. Because of the continued pressure from her father to quit school, Arshiya's mother has sought help from our social workers. Arshiya and her sister have begged our social workers to ensure they can keep attending school.

Your sponsorship will allow our social workers to continue counseling with Arshiya's parents. It will allow Arshiya to continue her education and receive proper care and nutrition. She will be taught she is valued and worthy of a bright future.
