My Story

Like so many in her community, Blessi was born into a family with few resources. Her parents both worked, and Blessi and her two sisters were born into a dangerous situation. Because of their family’s poverty and a generational belief that girls have little value, Blessi was at risk for being forced into child labor, with the potential of also being at risk for child marriage in just a few short years.

Thankfully, Blessi’s family connected with an IGP social worker, and now she is receiving nutritious meals, consistent care, and access to a quality education. With your sponsorship, this precious girl will grow up receiving the care and opportunity that she deserves.
