My Story

Abandoned by her parents, Archana was initially cared for by her elderly grandmother, who struggled due to poor health. With help from local welfare services, she was placed in a safe home, offering her stability and protection. 

In a community where girls face educational restrictions and early marriage risks, this placement has given Archana a chance for a better future. Now in the tenth grade, her academic performance is average. The home supports her emotional growth through activities like plant care and tending to birds, alongside regular counseling to help her overcome sadness, anxiety, and insecurity. 

Despite her challenges, Archana is building resilience and working toward a brighter future.
