After losing her father in a tragic accident, Ezhilarasi’s family struggled as her mother worked as a domestic worker to make ends meet. Facing barriers to education in her community, she was rescued by a child help line and placed in a safe, supportive home.
Now in the 9th grade, Ezhilarasi excels creatively and participates in programs that nurture her mental well-being. Despite this, she struggles with emotional sensitivity, feelings of abandonment, and difficulty expressing herself.
Counseling helps her build confidence and manage her emotions, guiding her toward a brighter future, though she still faces challenges with distress and impulsivity.
