Kirthika faced immense hardship after losing her mother to illness and being abandoned by her father. With unsafe living conditions and limited support from her grandmother, she was placed in the Home of Love Charitable Trust by CWC Thiruvallur.
Now in the 9th standard, she struggles emotionally, with average academic performance and difficulties in connecting with peers. Her pain from abandonment leads to anxiety, anger, and mistrust. While she performs routine tasks to build responsibility, counseling helps her manage emotions, but she still wrestles with feelings of worthlessness and emotional scars from her past.
