After her father's death from jaundice and her mother's inability to care for her, the child was placed in Mariyalaya Children’s Home. Unfortunately, she faced neglect and abuse there, which led to a case being filed with the District Child Welfare Committee. For her safety, she was transferred to Home of Love Charitable Trust, Alamathi.
Now in 12th grade, her studies are average, but she often feels lonely and sad, especially when thinking of her family. The child receives counseling to help build her confidence and teach her social skills, though she still struggles with anxiety and emotional insecurity.
Her past has affected her deeply, leading to depression and disrupted sleep. Despite the trauma, she is given the care and support she needs to heal and grow, offering hope for a better future.
