My Story

Ananya, just 22 months old, spends her days in the harsh sun beside her parents as they work long hours as daily-wage laborers in the Palnadu region. Despite her tender age, she faces harsh neglect. Her father, disappointed that she is not a son, turns to alcohol, often blaming Ananya and her mother in his frustration.

Ananya’s health is deteriorating due to a lack of proper nutrition and care. She is often sick and appears visibly undernourished. Immediate food support is crucial to give her the nutrition and care she needs to survive and thrive.

Your sponsorship ensures Ananya is receiving proper food and nutrition for her overall development as well as ongoing counseling support from IGP’s social workers who are providing her with a safe environment to grow. More than that she will learn that she is loved and valued as a girl.
